Dundalk FC are delighted to announce that the Canterbury and IRFU girls Give It A Try programme is back for 2025.

The GIAT programme is open to all girls aged 8 to 16, prior rugby experience not needed.  This is a great way for the girls to learn about rugby, meet new people, make new friends and have fun in a friendly and structured environment all the while learning a new skill from our exceptional coaching staff

The GIAT programme runs for 8 weeks, it costs €10.00 and each girl who registers on RugbyConnect will receive a GIAT t-shirt.
