We’re delighted to launch the Dundalk Magpies, our new inclusive tag rugby team. We’ll be running a four-week pilot programme in October, and we need your help to spread the word and recruit players.
The team will offer inclusive tag rugby for children aged 8 to 15 with additional needs and learning disabilities who might not have the opportunity to play mainstream rugby but want to join our club and wear the black-and-white jersey. Over time, we hope that we can broaden the age range and potentially introduce mixed-ability rugby.

We already have a strong coaching team and a broad panel of youth volunteers, but the more club members who get involved, the more inclusive the programme can be.
As a volunteer, you’ll help us share “The Joy of Rugby”, and there can never be too much of that.
